Shipping policy

For orders being shipped to the US, APO/AE, Guam, we primarily use USPS ground and occasionally use FedEx.  Foreign orders, including Canada will ship FedEx. 

USPS shipping rates for all domestic orders:  $0-$9.99 shipping is $6; $10-$29.99 shipping is $12; $30-$59.99 shipping is $15; $60 and over shipping is free. Shipping times will vary, but once it leaves our hands, it is the responsibility of the USPS.  You will be provided with tracking information for your package (with the exception of first class envelopes). 

FedEx shipping rates for all domestic orders: $0-$9.99 shipping is $15; $10-$29.99 shipping is $20; $30-$59.99 shipping is $25; $60 and over shipping is $25.  Expected shipping time is 2-5 days once it leaves our hands. 

For international orders, including Canada, you will be charged shipping on all orders.  Once we receive your order, we will figure out rates and you will get a separate invoice for the shipping rates.  Once payment is received for shipping, your order will be sent.  Recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes.  If you wish to cancel your order, you can simply send us an email at mailorder@iditarod.com letting us know, and we will refund your order.
