Refund policy

Returns


You may return your unworn/unwashed/unused items within 30 days for a full refund of the retail price.  Please mail back the item(s) with a copy of your receipt and a quick note to explain the reason for the return.  DVDs or other media cannot be refunded, but can be exchanged for the same item only.  

If the return is necessary as a result of our error (such as receiving an incorrect item), please contact us at 800-545-6874 or mailorder@iditarod.com.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
Once your refund is processed, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Lost Packages

Once a package has left our facility, it is the responsibility of the carrier.  We make every effort to ensure that each package is wrapped securely, and clearly labeled for it's destination.  If your package does not arrive, please make inquiries at your local post office.
